At AMPM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your AMPM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
